Amaryllis Cheer

Check your local supermarket for great buys on plants and flowers. I purchased this amaryllis yesterday for 1.99 at my local market. The milk glass pedestal was an antique store find for 12$

This is my Christmas Amaryllis, I took this picture a few mins ago, it has been in bloom since Christmas.
The beauty of this plant has certainly helped with the winter blues!

I love amaryllis, too. I never got around to purchasing one this year, and I was so annoyed with myself. Oh well, maybe I'll do better next year.
