What can I say, I'm crazy for anything to do with birds!
All these birdhouses have license plates for roofs! This window display is in a home store in my town. I think these are adorable although a friend of mine thinks they were ruined by putting the license on the roof!
Which one is your favorite? I just love the blue and white one in the tree.

I don't think it's ruined at all! It's the quirky side of it :-) And some license plates are colorful so it's a nice compliment.
You're right the white and blue one is just beautiful and very whimsy. Maybe that's why it's perched up there :-) WEll, aside from the blue, I like the yellow one too on the first picture. It's bright and sunshiny and just makes you wanna smile :-)

Hi Mary, I'm crazy about bird houses too. More architectural elements on them the better for me. The blue one would be my favorite as well.

From one bird house lover to another - what a neat display of houses. I think the license plates are cute on some of them. Then the birds can hear the rain hitting the metal roof.....lol
